We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

All orders are processed and shipped according to our published Shipping Policy. We operate with a 0–1 business day handling time and a standard 3–5 business day transit time for continental U.S. addresses via reliable carriers (USPS/UPS).

Section 5 – Returns & Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day return period on eligible, unworn apparel with original tags intact. We do not charge restocking fees ($0.00).

Section 6 – Payment & Gateway Security

All financial transactions are conducted over encrypted 256-bit SSL connections and processed through PCI-compliant gateways. Full card details are never stored on our local WordPress servers.

Section 7 – Governing Law
