Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fashionable Frequent Flyer, owned and operated by FASHIONABLEFREQUENTFLYERS LLC. We are committed to providing reliable, trackable, and prompt domestic delivery across the United States.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destination

We currently ship exclusively to physical addresses and locations within the Continental United States (including residential and commercial street addresses). We do not currently ship to international addresses or APO/FPO military bases.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS), you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing your direct tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update tracking scans.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@fashionablefrequentflyer.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, we cannot redirect or cancel the package; the item must be received and processed via our standard 30-Day Return Policy.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking number indicates delivery but you have not received your shipment, please notify us within 7 days at support@fashionablefrequentflyer.com. We will investigate directly with the carrier and issue a prompt replacement or full refund.
