Return and Refund Policy

At Fashionable Frequent Flyer, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a transparent, straightforward 30-day return policy in full compliance with United States consumer standards and Google Merchant Center guidelines.

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To qualify for a refund, your returned merchandise must satisfy the following conditions:

• Item must be in original, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered condition.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must remain fully intact.
• Must include valid proof of purchase (Order Number or email receipt).

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and custom/personalized apparel cannot be returned.

3. Fees & Return Shipping Costs

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost ($0.00) to you.
• Customer Remorse / Size Change / Mind Change: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, wrong size selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost to our physical return facility.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at support@fashionablefrequentflyer.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
2. Upon authorization, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with packing instructions.
3. Package the product securely and dispatch it to our physical operating headquarters:

*Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as untracked packages cannot be credited.

5. Refund Inspection & Issuance

Once your return is delivered to our Bronx facility, our team will inspect the item within 2 business days. If approved:

• Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Financial institutions and credit card companies typically require an additional 2–4 business days to post the credit to your statement.
