Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

• Gift cards

• Final-sale or clearance items

• Personalized or customized products

• Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is the result of our error, including an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Fashionable Frequent Flyer will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
